Rooftop is NOT FUNDED to provide assitance for the following things:
1. Can not make a payment to a hotel or motel for a short-term occupancy
2. Can not make rental payments to a halfway house, A & D treatment program, or single room rentals
3. Can not locate or provide housing
4. Can not make utility payments unless it is a part of a specific restricted grant.
