Disqualifiers for Service
Rooftop is not funded to provide assistance for the following things:
Can not make a payment to a hotel or motel for a short-term occupancy.
Can not make rental payments to a halfway house, A & D treatment program, or single room rentals.
Can not locate or provide housing.
Can not make utility payments unless it is a part of a specific restricted grant.
