PUBLIC SERVICE INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR NES BILL

10/5/2026

NES is moving qualifying accounts with past-due balances to a payment arrangement, which spreads that balance across six monthly installments.  This plan would have begun with the July bill.  Your bill may include current charges and a past-due arrangement installment.  If you have questions about your NES bill or need to confirm your balance or due date, please call NES Customer Relations at 615-736-6900.  For more information about the changes see the article under “Client Resources” on our website.

Your NES Bill

There has been some confusion around NES billing.  NES has moved many eligible customers recovering from Winter Storm Fern with past-due balances to a payment arrangement, which spreads that balance across six monthly installments.  Your bill can include both your current electric charges and one installment from the past-due balance.  A payment arrangement is not a bill credit, grant, or forgiveness of debt.  Paying both your current charges and the past-due balance by the due date helps reduce the older balance while keeping up with current charges.  The payment arrangement began with the July bill.

Customers can review the current balance and bill information through the NES Mobile App or My Account at NESpower.com.  If you cannot access those tools or the information is unclear, please call NES Customer Relations at 615-736-6900.

If you cannot pay before the disconnection date, please reach out to NES Customer Relations as quickly as possible at 615-736-6900 to discuss available resources and payment options.

Rooftop Nashville is not funded to assist with utilities at this time.  The following information was provided by NES.  All questions about your bill or available resources should be directed to NES.
