Documentation is required with each application. Any application without documentation will be closed after 72 hours.
Please be prepared to send:
- ID’s for every adult on the lease/mortgage
- Lease or mortgage
- Documentation of your hardship (what has you unable to pay rent or mortgage)
- Document all income in the home
*Your caseworker may ask for additional documentation to clarify your case.
Note: if you are applying for a second time with Rooftop, please be prepared to submit additional documentation to support your current or ongoing situation.
