Pandemic Assistance

Metro Action Commission's HOPE portal closed on June 30, 2022.  All applicants with a COVID or pandemic related rental hardship need to apply with THDA.   If you have previously received HOPE assistance, you are eligible to apply with THDA.  Use the following link to access the program.

Renter who are deemed "income too high" for either HOPE or THDA rental assistance may apply with Rooftop using the application in the "get help" section.

If you receive a detainer warrant with a court docket number, you should also apply with the LEGACY Housing Court as there are saftey net programs set up within the court.  Use the following link to access the court.  https://gscourt.nashville.gov/about-us/judges/division-viii-judge-rachel-l-bell/l-e-g-a-c-y-housing-resource-diversionary-court-and-program/

Residents needing mortgage assistance may apply with Rooftop using the application in the "get help" section.
