How To Get Assistance

If you’re in need of rental assistance, Rooftop may be the answer for you. Here’s how it works:

	Visit or call one of Rooftop’s partner congregations. The delegated person at that congregation will talk with you about your needs, fill out a form explaining your situation and fax it to Metro Social Services.
	A Metro Social Services social worker will then contact you and schedule an appointment for an interview.
	If you qualify, a second interview will be scheduled to determine the amount of financial assistance that will be provided.
	Once the amount is determined, a check will be sent to your rental agency or mortgage company.
