Kelly Raglin Named Executive Director of Rooftop
Rooftop continues to grow, and with that growth comes the need for additional staff. With the assistance of several organizations, Rooftop is now able to grow by hiring a part-time Executive Director to oversee operations and fundraising. After a thorough search, we are pleased to announce that Kelly Raglin was selected to be our first Executive Director.
Kelly is a native of Harlan, Kentucky where he grew up as the son of a preacher. He received his BA from Cumberland College in Kentucky in 1987 and his Master of Science in Organizational Management and Leadership from Springfield College, Mass. in 2009.
He began his career with YMCA as Senior Program Director of the Downtown Nashville YMCA. Over the next years, he has had a proven record with the YMCA with Executive positions in Florida, St. Paul, Minnesota, Greater Houston, Texas and Fort Worth, Texas. He returned to the Nashville area where his wife's family comes from in 2009 and they now live in Cross Plains, Tennessee.
Kelly has extensive non-profit experience in fund raising and building partnerships with stakeholders. We believe he is the right person at the right time to help Rooftop grow as it provides struggling families with rental assistance and more importantly to help lead our faith-based congregations in giving hope to those who seek our help.
